The EDUCATION JOURNAL is a scientific publication of the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. Founded in 1940, and retaining the title Revista de Educación since 1952, it is a privileged witness to the evolution of education over the past decades, as well as a recognized means of disseminating advances in research and innovation in this field, both from a national and international perspective. The journal is published by the Subdirectorate General of Documentation and Publications, and is currently attached to the National Institute for Educational Evaluation of the Directorate General for Evaluation and Territorial Cooperation. Four issues are published each year, with three sections: Research, Essays, and Reviews.
