Plurales, A course on gender equality

During this book, we will reflect on the subject of Gender Equality between men and women in Spain, aiming at refuting the widespread belief that gender inequality is a thing of the past. To do so, we will address the following subjects: the Principle of Equality and Non-Discrimination within the international and domestic legal frameworks, and the link between these principles and the right to Education. Later on, we will analyse the standing of men and women in education and in the work place, particularly focusing on the participation and representation of women in decision-making bodies in the educational system.
